Who pays for How to Play Two-up
How to Play Two-up has no affiliate links and takes no payments from RSLs, clubs, pubs, casinos or anyone else we write about. We don't link to offshore casinos, and nothing on the site lets you place a bet. This page sets out how the site is paid for today and what we'd do if that ever changed.
How the site is paid for today
The site’s owner covers its running costs, which are modest: a domain name and web hosting. There is no advertising, no sponsored content, no paid venue listing and no affiliate link, so no one earns anything when you click a link here. The links we include go to Acts, regulators, museums and venue pages you can check.
Venues can’t pay to appear. When a guide mentions an RSL, club or pub, it’s because the venue has published details we can cite, and the page shows where they came from. The method behind every page is set out in how we check our facts.
Online casinos and our Two-Up Casino review
We review one online casino, Two-Up Casino, because people search for it by name. Our Two-Up Casino review sets out the facts we checked, with no link to the casino and no bonus codes. We don’t link to offshore casinos: offering online two-up to people in Australia is prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), as our page on two-up online explains.
If that ever changes
If we ever add affiliate links or any paid arrangement, we’ll say so on this page before the first such link goes live, and mark each one where it appears. Any commission we might earn never changes what we write or the order we list things: the facts, the sources and the dates stay as they are.
